Gift Of Touch Treatments:
Gift of touch treatments are where the body is being massaged and treated through hands on healing. Gift of touch techniques include indian head massage, reflexology and various massage. All treatments include an aromatherapy blend customised to suit your individual requirements. Working on you physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. You choose whether you would like me to focus on your head, feet, back or full body and the time required. Dhyan recommends 45 mins for head or back massage, 60mins for a half body massage and 90mins or 2hrs for a full body massage.

Hot Stone Treatments:
Hot stone treatments are holistic in nature, deeply relaxing and healing. As the hot stones warm your tight n tired muscles they soothe and prepare the body for the treatment throughout.

Facials:
Facials are where Dhyan tends to your face with tender loving care. Customising your treatments to your individual requirements using temple spa products. Each facial includes steam treatment, double cleanse, exfoliation treatment, face mask, facial massage, neck cream, refresher/toner, serum, moisturiser and eye cream. The hot stone facial has above mentioned but the with the addition of hot stones being added to your entire treatment and the bespoke facial includes all of the above mentioned, crystal healing and quantum wand healing.
